Dear Candidates,
Please sign the Kentucky Farm Food Freedom Pledge and show your support for Kentuckians’ right to grow, consume and trade the foods of our choosing. Thank you!
The Kentucky Farm Food Freedom Pledge
I support the Kentucky Farm Food Freedom Act (Bit.ly/FFFPledge) and Kentuckians’ right to grow, consume and trade the foods of their choosing inside the great Commonwealth of Kentucky’s borders.
Kentuckians must continue to have access to non-genetically modified seed and the right to consume non-pasteurized products at their discretion. We Kentuckians don’t need federal or local food police on our farms or in our kitchens.
I understand that, in Kentucky, the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is still in effect. Law enforcement still needs a warrant signed by a judge before entering a Kentuckian’s private property.
